Who we are

We are facilitators with backgrounds in movement organising and cooperative development committed to building collective power to bring about systemic change.

We specialise in using creativity to deepen connections within teams, build collective leadership and cultivate long-term community resiliency.

We are conflict mediators dedicated to strengthening the ability of movements to transform conflict into an opportunity to change systems and deepen relationships.

We are committed to re-balancing systems of power through democratic ownership and decision making, both internally and with our clients.
